Declaration on accessibility

Payrexx AG wants everyone to be able to use its payment pages without barriers - including people with disabilities.

Scope of application

This declaration applies to all payment pages provided by Payrexx. Our merchants use these pages, for example, to accept payments from customers.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The payment pages are largely accessible and are based on the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformity level AA.

However, there are some restrictions:

  • The system cannot guarantee individual color contrasts, especially for colors selected individually by retailers. The responsibility for sufficiently high-contrast color combinations lies with the retailers.

  • In a few areas, additional ARIA labels for better support of screen readers are still missing.

Accessibility measures

Our payment pages have been developed with the aim of making them as easy to use , understandable and accessible as possible.
The measures implemented include

  • Keyboard operability of all content and forms

  • Clear labels for all input fields

  • Compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies

  • No flashing or moving content
