How long will it take for someone to get back to me?
Our sales team endeavors to respond to every inquiry within one business day. Depending on when the form is submitted, this will be either the same day or the following day.
Depending on the scope of your inquiry, the team may first need to carry out preliminary clarifications, for example with development or administration. In such cases, it may take slightly longer than one business day for you to receive a reply. In any case, we answer all inquiries.
What if I do not receive an answer?
This is very unlikely. Our sales team generally answers every inquiry received via form or email. Depending on the scope of the preliminary clarifications, it may at most take a few working days longer before you receive an answer.
If you have indeed not received an answer, we recommend that you get in touch with our team again. The best way to do this is to reply directly to the automated confirmation email you received after submitting your inquiry.
How can I reschedule or cancel my consultation appointment?
After you have booked your consultation, you will receive two emails: the booking confirmation and the Google Meet invitation. Via the second email, you can both cancel the appointment and suggest a new time. Please use these functions to reschedule or cancel the consultation. This ensures that your contact person in the sales team is informed of the change in good time.
What can I expect during a consultation?
Generally, a consultation at Payrexx is divided into two parts:
First, you introduce your company to your contact person in the sales team: What do you sell, how do you sell, where do you operate, and which aspects are important to you?
Afterwards, it is examined how the all-in-one solution from Payrexx meets your needs, what needs to be considered during setup, and which subscription suits you best.
Once all these questions have been answered, the next step is to set up and verify your Payrexx account. Here too, our sales team is happy to advise and support you personally.
How can I best prepare for the consultation?
Generally, you do not need to prepare: Our consultations are low-threshold, straightforward, and without obligation.
However, it would be ideal if you already create a Payrexx account. Simply choose the TRIAL plan so that you do not incur any costs. This way, you can already familiarise yourself with the user interface of our platform, click through, and ask more precise questions later.
