When will I receive my money?
The payout of your money happens daily, we transfer your money to your bank account.
Upon request, you can also choose between monthly or weekly payout intervals.
Can I receive lower fees at a later time?
Of course! An upgrade to a subscription with lower fees is always possible. For volumes of over 100,000 EUR per month, we are happy to offer you individual conditions.
Can I try Payrexx for free?
Yes, the first 30 days of the trial subscription are free. Just sign up here and start.
Are there any additional costs besides the monthly subscription and transaction fees?
No. With Payrexx, you receive the complete payment solution transparently from a single source. There are no hidden fees or unexpected additional costs from Drittanbieter. You only pay the selected subscription fee as well as the clearly stated transaction fees for your sales.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription at any time?
Yes, you remain flexible at all times. You can easily adjust your subscription to suit your current needs and transaction volume – whether it's an upgrade for lower fees or a downgrade to a smaller plan.
Do I need my own agreements with the payment methods (e.g., TWINT, Visa, Mastercard)?
No. With Payrexx's all-in-one solution, you receive all relevant payment methods completely from one source. You do not have to conclude complicated, separate acceptance contracts with individual providers or banks.
How long does it take after signing up before I can start receiving payments?
Typically, you can receive live payments on the same day! We guarantee a fast verification: If you submit all the required documents by 4:00 PM and everything is in order, we will review and activate Una cuenta on the same day.
