NFTs — the mega trend nobody knows?
NFT, an abbreviation that is almost impossible to avoid online—especially when it comes to online trading. However, we are not just referring to complicated stock transactions or the like. NFTs accompany the trade of many everyday items such as music albums or collectible cards.

What Does NFT Mean?
First, let's break down this acronym: What does NFT actually mean? The three letters stand for non-fungible tokens. It is a kind of authenticity certificate or proof of ownership for various digital works, such as in the field of art, including music tracks, comics, or videos. Even trading cards or images, and even tweets, can be marked with NFTs.
How Do NFTs Work?
Only a few people know this — but by reading this, you are now among them. NFTs turn works into digital assets, functioning like a watermark, and anyone can buy NFTs to make their artwork a unique piece and unmistakably their property.
Buying and Selling NFTs
Such purchases take place — as with cryptocurrencies, for example — on digital marketplaces. There, members can buy NFTs and make their works unique, but they can also sell NFTs. To do so, you only need membership in a trading platform and a wallet. The latter is also needed to trade cryptocurrencies, and some wallets can be used for both NFTs and cryptocurrencies.
Are NFTs Just a Hype...
NFTs are a real trend, especially among online-savvy investors. Nevertheless, the “non-fungible tokens” are still a phenomenon unknown to many. As a result, NFTs are not yet widely used, which may make trading with them somewhat sluggish. At the same time, experts point out that NFTs do not have to be limited to the field of art but can also be applied to other assets.
...or an Investment with a Future?
This could lead to a continuous expansion of the user base, turning the trendy trading trend into a serious investment. We are certainly very curious to see where the journey of NFTs will go. We will definitely keep you updated, and we wish you good luck and success if you have now developed a taste and want to try out NFTs yourself!
