PostFinance has recently contacted all its customers to comprehensively inform them about the upcoming transition. Thank you for using PostFinance Basic, Startup, or Professional in your online shop. As previously informed, the existing solution will be discontinued by December 31, 2023, and replaced by the payment solution Checkout Flex. Further information on the discontinuation of the existing solution can be found in the attached termination letter.

PostFinance's new full-service Payment Service Providing solution offers you maximum flexibility in integrating payment methods and selecting acceptance partners. With the user-friendly Checkout Backoffice tool, you can also easily manage all settings and online sales in the E-Payment module.

For a seamless transition from the existing PSP product to Checkout Flex with the E-Payment module, we recommend configuring the new solution immediately. If your online shop was set up by a web agency, please involve your contact person in good time.
