How you can activate POWERPAY

For existing customers

To activate POWERPAY, first request an offer through your Payrexx account. After registration, you will receive your login details from POWERPAY. Then, log in to Payrexx and enter the login details in POWERPAY.

For new customers

Create your Payrexx account with the push of a button and test Payrexx without obligation. After verifying your Payrexx account, you can select POWERPAY as a Proveedor externo and connect your POWERPAY account with Payrexx.

How do I integrate POWERPAY into my online shop with Payrexx

Activation is done directly in the Payrexx account and, according to Payrexx, is possible without programming knowledge. You go to Payment Providers, select POWERPAY, and click Configure to link an existing integration or start the onboarding process. After that, POWERPAY can be selected at checkout.

What does POWERPAY cost for SMEs via Payrexx

The costs for Comerciante are dependent on the minimum annual turnover. According to Payrexx, the standard fees in the PREMIUM subscription are 0.25%. In addition, POWERPAY fees apply.

When do Comerciantes receive the payout from POWERPAY

Regardless of whether customers pay later, in installments, or not at all, you receive your money directly from POWERPAY. The payout interval is monthly by default, but shorter payouts can be requested.

In which countries is POWERPAY available

POWERPAY currently serves only Switzerland. This means the payment option is currently only available for Swiss buyers and Comerciantes.

What happens if customers do not pay at Powerpay and who bears the risk

If payment has not been received after approximately 45 days, customers will receive a reminder. As a dealer or SME, you are not involved in the reminder process because you receive your money from POWERPAY, thus freeing you from the risk of default.

How does POWERPAY work for customers in checkout

In the Payrexx Checkout, customers select POWERPAY and provide personal information for verification, typically name, address, phone, email, and date of birth. POWERPAY conducts a credit check or authorization in real-time in the background, in some cases also with additional two-factor authentication. Afterwards, the invoice is sent by POWERPAY.
