Payrexx Release Notes July - 2023.07

Every two months, Payrexx presents you with the release notes with new and exciting functions and enhancements. We also present various optimizations that have been implemented for all Payrexx users.

New functions

2-factor authentication

The account administrator can force 2-factor authentication (via SMS or email) for all users. The user then has the option of setting this up under Settings > User management the next time they log in.

PDF download of payouts

Merchants can now also download payouts in PDF format.

Manual payout for Swiss Collecting and Payrexx Direct

Merchants will soon be able to trigger manual payouts* for the payment providers Payrexx Swiss Collecting** and Payrexx Direct.

*This feature will go online with a delay of approx. 1-2 weeks
**Payrexx Swiss Collecting is only available in Switzerland

Tokenization for amount 0

Tokenization for the amount 0 is now available for the payment providers Payrexx Swiss Collecting, Payrexx Direct, Stripe, BS PAYONE and Concardis.

Swiss QR-bill

Swiss merchants now receive Swiss QR deposit slips to comply with Swiss payment standards.

Optimizations

Optimized industry selection in KYC

The search for a sector in the verification process is now simplified.

Donation - Multiple email recipients for donation notification:

Merchants can now add additional email recipients per donation campaign so that they receive a copy of the donation confirmation email. This is useful if different people are responsible for different campaigns and only want to be notified about these.

Look & Feel - Customized link in the logo

Retailers can now personalize the link in the logo under Settings > Look & Feel and link to their own website, for example. This can be personalized individually for each Look & Feel.

In addition to the mentioned functions and optimizations, some bug fixes have also been made to optimize the usability of the Payrexx platform.
