Payrexx Release Notes March- 2023.03

Every month, Payrexx presents you with the release notes with new and exciting functions and enhancements. In addition, we introduce you to various optimizations that have been implemented for all Payrexx users.

New functions

We have now integrated the modern Swiss "buy now pay later" solution HeidiPay as an external payment provider.

"Buy now pay later" means something like "buy now, pay later". It is a payment method that allows customers to buy products or services immediately and pay for them in installments at a later date.

You can add the payment method directly in your merchant administration under Payment providers > Add new payment providers > Add credit and debit cards.

Support for Google Analytics 4

As the previous version of Google Analytics Universal will be replaced by the new version Google Analytics 4 (GA4) in July 2023, Payrexx is now already equipped with GA4 compatible.

TWINT tokenization in Swiss Collecting

Tokenization is now possible for the TWINT payment method in Payrexx Swiss Collecting*.

*Payrexx Swiss Collecting is only available for Switzerland

Optimizations

New verification process

Due to the changes in the law, which we have already informed you about, the verification process has been completely revised. In the article "Changes to the verification process" you will find all relevant information.

QR Pay Tool: Better user-friendliness

The Payrexx QR-Pay tool is now described more clearly in the merchant administration and the user-friendliness has also been improved. In addition, merchants now have an overview of all existing QR codes to make administration easier.

Optimized number format for CSV exports

For Excel exports, a comma is now used as a decimal separator instead of a point, as computer systems would otherwise misinterpret it as a thousands separator.

Plugins

Shopware 6 and Magento 2

The country of the buyer is now correctly transferred from both store systems to Payrexx and the payment method bob invoice is now also available for the Shopware 6 plugin.

In addition to the mentioned functions and optimizations, some bug fixes have also been made to optimize the usability of the Payrexx platform.
