More flexibility instead of complicated contracts
With this model, Carvolution has created a cost-transparent alternative to traditional car purchase or leasing. Compared to traditional leasing, you determine the term yourself here. Customers decide whether they want the vehicle for just a few months or over several years. At the end of the subscription, there is also the possibility to buy the vehicle or return it. This keeps the costs predictable and eliminates long-term commitment to a vehicle.
With this innovative model, Carvolution can reflect on an impressive development. The company was able to establish a scalable financing structure worth over 200 million Swiss Francs, which is unique in this form in Switzerland.
According to Bernhard Drüner, an important success factor is the consistent focus on customer feedback. Many developments are directly based on the wishes of the users – for example, customers in most cantons can now keep their own number plate.

Simply drive, simply pay
In a purely digital business model like Carvolution, smooth and fast payment processing is crucial. The contract is often concluded at Carvolution conveniently from home, "on the sofa." When customers later pick up their car in Bannwil or Zurich, or come for a consultation, the experience is the focus. The financial aspects have already been settled digitally at that point.
However, digital subscription models also bring challenges. Credit cards expire, accounts are temporarily not covered, or customers adjust their mileage package during a current month. This is exactly where the solutions from Payrexx come into play.
