How do I create Una cuenta?
Over signup.payrexx.com can you create a free Una cuenta.
Subsequently, you need to complete the setup of your account and verify it. This guide explains the key steps to you.
How quickly does the support respond?
We usually respond to a written support request within one day. If you have a Pro subscription, you can also call our Swiss telephone support at +41 33 550 00 10.
Which payment methods are available?
All payment methods are available through a single contract with Payrexx. With a Payrexx account, all relevant payment methods in Switzerland are available: TWINT, Mastercard, Visa, PostFinance, Reka, Centi, Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and others.

When and how will I receive my payouts?
By default, you will receive your payouts weekly. Upon request, we also offer a daily or monthly payout interval. Your money will be transferred to your IBAN account.

How can I upgrade my account?
In your administration, in the settings, under "Plan & Billing" you can change your current subscription and check the status of your plan.
