How high these transaction costs are depends on the chosen payment method. With External providers like PayPal or Stripe, additional fees may also apply depending on the subscription. All conditions are clearly defined, and in the Dashboard, you receive an overview of payments, revenues, active subscriptions and other important key figures.
Clearly communicate fees and strengthen trust with donors
Transparent fee communication creates clarity and reduces inquiries. It is best to explain directly on your donation page or in your FAQ that the costs are made up of tariff, payment method, and type of transaction. This way, donors know from the start how the payment processing works and that all fees are clearly documented. Additionally, for recognised NPOs, Payrexx grants a 50% discount on all subscriptions, which you can also communicate clearly and openly.
