Flow Shop Software

A Payrexx module is available as a payment service provider for FLOW shop software, which you can download directly from the provider. The connection is then established via a webhook in your Payrexx account, which automatically reports the payment confirmation back to the shop. You can find the complete instructions in the Payrexx documentation.

Navigate to "Webhooks" in your Payrexx account, create a new webhook, and enter your own domain followed by the parameter "payrexx_notify" as the URL. It is important that all four checkboxes are activated and that you select JSON as the content type. Then, install the Payrexx module in FLOW Shopsoftware and activate it as a payment method.

For the integration of FLOW Shopsoftware, the webhook content type "JSON" and the webhook version "2021-10-12" are used. Additionally, ensure that all four checkboxes are activated so that all status messages are transmitted to your shop. Without these settings, the payment status will not be reported back correctly.

With Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available in the checkout of your FLOW shop with a single acceptance contract: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

FLOW shop software can be rented or purchased – with the rental solution, hosting and configuration are already included; with the purchase solution, you install the software yourself or use the free installation service. The Payrexx integration works identically in both variants, as it runs via webhook and payment module.

FLOW Shopsoftware is available to Comerciantes from Switzerland and the European Union. Via Payrexx, you offer both Swiss payment methods such as TWINT and PostFinance as well as international cards and wallets, making the shop suitable for both markets.

Integration into FLOW shop software is available in the Payrexx STANDARD and PREMIUM plans and is not included in the free plan. You can see which features are included in which plan on the pricing page.

Payrexx does not charge any additional fees for the payment module itself – only a commission per transaction is deducted, which varies depending on the payment method and can be viewed on our pricing page. In addition, there are the rental or purchase costs for FLOW Shopsoftware and the selected Payrexx package.

Payrexx pays out the payments received via your FLOW shop directly to your deposited bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out in detail how payouts work in our documentation.

If you integrate Payrexx into your shop with FLOW Shopsoftware, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional layer of identification to payments, thereby minimizing the risk of fraud and chargebacks.
