QuinBook

The booking and management software quinbook can be connected with Payrexx so that guests pay for their booking directly during the booking process. Additionally, refunds can be processed through the system. The setup is described in the Payrexx documentation.

You create an API key in the Payrexx Comerciante administration under "API and Integrations" and copy it to the clipboard using the "Copy" button. Then, you create a webhook for quinbook under "Webhooks" and store the access data in your quinbook account.

Refunds can be triggered directly via quinbook without you having to switch to the Payrexx administration. This is helpful for escape rooms and experience offers, where short-term cancellations and postponements are part of everyday life.

In addition to bookings, quinbook also manages tickets and vouchers as well as your team's deployment and resource planning. Sales run through the same payment process, so vouchers and bookings are billed together via Payrexx.

With Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available in the booking process with a single acceptance agreement: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, Bank Transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka, and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

TWINT can be activated via Payrexx for quinbook and is particularly relevant for spontaneous leisure bookings. Since many guests book at short notice and on mobile devices, a payment without entering card details reduces the abandonment rate in the booking process.

quinbook was specially developed for escape rooms and is also suitable for other leisure and experience providers with appointment-based offers. The software is web-based and mobile-friendly, so bookings and payments can also be managed at reception via tablet or smartphone.

Integration with quinbook is available in the Payrexx STANDARD and PREMIUM plans and is not included in the free plan. You can see which features are included in each plan on the pricing page.

Payrexx pays out the payments received via quinbook directly to your deposited bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out how payouts work in detail in our documentation.

If you process your bookings via quinbook and Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional identification layer to payments, thereby minimizing fraud risks and chargebacks.
