During configuration, you determine whether failed webhooks should be sent again. If the checkbox is activated, Payrexx attempts delivery up to ten times – after 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours and thereafter at intervals of 24 hours.
What do I need to consider regarding the shop address?
The shop address must be entered exactly, including "https://" instead of "http://", as discrepancies can lead to errors when processing webhooks. If your shop is located in a subdirectory, enter the full path, for example https://mein-shop.com/shop.
Which information from Payrexx do I need for saldiaShop?
In the Payrexx Comerciante administration, click on "Add" next to saldia under "API and Integrations" and you will receive the automatically generated API key as well as the name of your Payrexx instance. You will then need both values for the configuration in saldiaShop.
Where do I activate Payrexx in saldiaShop?
After configuring in Payrexx, log in to your saldiaShop account and navigate to "saldiaApps" in the main menu. Enter your API key and instance name there to activate the payment solution.
