Questions and answers about the SelectLine integration
Is there a Payrexx integration for SelectLine?
SelectLine can be connected to Payrexx so that your customers can pay invoices from SelectLine directly online. Instead of a plugin, you store a payment link from your Payrexx terminal in the invoice template. The setup is described step-by-step in the Payrexx documentation.
How do I set up Payrexx in SelectLine?
First, you configure the payment mask in your Payrexx account under "Terminal": you define the fields to be queried, select a look-and-feel profile, set the payment type to "One-off" and activate the desired payment providers. Then you open the form editor in SelectLine Auftrag and insert the payment link into your print template.
What is the Payrexx terminal and what do I need it for with SelectLine?
The terminal is a configurable payment mask in Payrexx, through which payments can be accepted without a shop system. With selectline, it serves as the destination of the payment link on your invoice: your customers click on it and settle the amount directly online. You define the design and the requested fields yourself.
Are the amount and reference automatically transferred to the payment mask?
The payment mask is pre-filled with the data from SelectLine, so that the amount, currency, and references do not have to be entered manually. This reduces errors in the assignment of payments and makes the payment process significantly shorter for your customers.
Can my customers pay SelectLine invoices with TWINT?
TWINT can be activated via Payrexx as a payment provider in the terminal and is therefore also available for SelectLine invoices. In addition, you can activate credit cards, PostFinance Pay and wallets. Which methods appear is controlled centrally in the terminal configuration.
Which payment methods does the SelectLine integration support?
With Payrexx, all relevant payment methods for SelectLine invoices are available with a single acceptance contract: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka, and Klarna. You define which of these appear in the payment mask during the configuration of the terminal.
Which Payrexx plan do I need for selectline?
The integration into SelectLine is available in the Payrexx plans STANDARD and PREMIUM and is not included in the free plan. You can see which features are included in which plan on the pricing page.
Are there additional fees for the SelectLine integration?
Payrexx does not charge any additional fees for the connection itself – only a commission per transaction is billed, which varies depending on the payment method and can be viewed on our pricing page. In addition, your SelectLine license and the chosen Payrexx package apply.
How is the money from SelectLine payments paid out?
Payrexx pays out the payments received via SelectLine invoices directly to your registered bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with the transaction fees already deducted. You can find out in detail how payouts work in our documentation.
How secure is Payrexx for SMEs?
If you process your SelectLine invoices via Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored GDPR-compliant. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional identification step to payments, thereby minimising fraud risks and chargebacks.
