Swissteach

The learning management system from swissteach can be connected with Payrexx so that paid courses and training can be paid for directly online. The connection is made via the Payrexx interface and is set up together with swissteach. The prerequisite is a Payrexx account, which you can open for free.

Global Teach® is the learning management system from swissteach, which companies, associations, and public institutions use to map their employee and customer training. It is supplemented by the authoring tool Global Teach® Flow for creating your own learning content. Via Payrexx, the courses offered therein can be sold for a fee.

Payrexx is suitable for selling course places, further education, certifications, and learning packages to external participants. Customer training courses, which were previously processed by invoice, can also be paid for directly at the time of booking.

You create an API key in the Payrexx Comerciante administration under "API and Integrations" and store it together with your instance name in your Swissteach environment. Since the LMS is tailored to your organization, the configuration is carried out together with your contact person at Swissteach.

All relevant payment methods are available via Payrexx with a single acceptance contract – including TWINT and PostFinance Pay: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

Payrexx supports subscriptions and recurring payments, allowing user licenses, annual access, or ongoing training programs to be collected automatically. For associations with annually recurring membership or training fees, this eliminates the need for manual invoicing.

swissteach is aimed at companies, associations, and public institutions that systematically train employees or customers. The Payrexx integration is particularly interesting for organisations that also sell their courses to external participants and require a Swiss payment solution for this purpose.

Payrexx does not charge any additional fees for the integration itself – only a commission per transaction is charged, which varies depending on the payment method and can be viewed on our pricing page. In addition, there are the costs for your LMS at swissteach as well as the selected Payrexx package.

Payrexx pays out the payments received via your learning management system directly to your registered bank account. The payout is made at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out in detail how payouts work in our documentation.

If you sell your courses via Swissteach and Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional identification step to payments, thereby minimizing fraud risks and chargebacks.
