How exactly does the return process work?
After your confirmation, you will receive a free return label by email. Pack the device together with the accessories, stick the label on the package and take it to the post office within 14 days.
Are there any costs for you when returning items?
No, the return is completely free of charge for you. Payrexx covers the postage label in full.
What do you need to send back in the package?
Please return the card reader and the supplied accessories (charging cable, power supply unit and any charging docks) to us, if possible in the original box.
Are there deadlines for the return?
Yes, please return the device to us within 14 days of receiving the return label. This will allow us to close your file promptly and ensures that no monthly fees will apply.
What alternatives do you have to continue accepting in-person payments?
Even without a terminal, you can still collect cashless payments:
Tap to Pay: Turn your smartphone into a card reader – entirely without additional devices or fixed costs.
QR Pay: Simply let your customers pay via QR code (e.g. with TWINT).
Purchase device: Get the Newland N910 Pro for a one-off payment of 599 CHF and use a terminal completely without a monthly rental fee.
What happens if you change your mind and want to keep the device after all?
That is not a problem at all. Simply go back to your original email and click on the button “Accept billing”. Our system will automatically update your status and you can continue to use your terminal as usual for 25 CHF per month.
