Carvolution follows a clear mission: driving should be easy, transparent and accessible. The principle is simple. Customers choose their desired vehicle, decide on a term as well as a kilometre package. Everything is included in one monthly fixed price. This includes insurance, taxes, cantonal registration, tyres and service. Customers basically only need to take care of refuelling or charging.

More flexibility instead of complicated contracts
With this model, Carvolution has created a cost-transparent alternative to traditional car purchase or leasing. Compared with traditional leasing, you decide the term yourself here. Customers decide whether they want to drive the vehicle for just a few months or over several years. At the end of the subscription, there is also the option to buy or return the vehicle. This keeps costs predictable and removes the long-term commitment to one vehicle.
With this innovative model, Carvolution looks back on an impressive development. The company has been able to build a scalable financing structure worth over 200 million Swiss francs, which is unique in this form in Switzerland.
According to Bernhard Drüner, an important success factor is the consistent focus on customer feedback. Many further developments are based directly on the users' wishes – for example, that customers in most cantons can now take over their own licence plate.

Drive simply, pay simply
For a purely digital business model like Carvolution, smooth and fast payment processing is essential. Contract conclusion at Carvolution often takes place conveniently from home, "on the sofa". When customers later pick up their car in Bannwil or Zurich or come by for a consultation, the experience is the focus. The financial aspects have already been settled digitally by then.
But digital subscription models also bring challenges. Credit cards expire, accounts are not covered at short notice or customers adjust their kilometre package during an ongoing month. This is exactly where the solutions from Payrexx come into play.
Particularly valuable for Carvolution's administration are the Payrexx-payment links. If a payment does go missing, there is no need to send out a formal reminder straight away. Instead, Carvolution simply sends a new payment link by email or SMS. This approach is received much more positively by customers.
A look into the future
To further advance automation, Carvolution is planning together with Payrexx to integrate eBill. This should enable invoices to be sent directly to customers' online banking and paid in future. The goal remains to make the entire payment process even simpler and more efficient.
The collaboration also works very well at the partnership level. Bernhard Drüner sums up:
