Make

Payrexx provides its own app for Make.com, which allows you to automate payment processes via drag-and-drop. This lets you connect Payrexx with tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, or Mailchimp without writing a single line of code. The basis is a so-called scenario that links triggers and actions with each other.

After registering with Make, click on "Create a new scenario" in the top right-hand corner and type "payrexx" into the search field. By clicking on "Show more", you can see all available modules and select the right one. You then connect your Payrexx account and add further apps, filters or conditional logic.

Three triggers are available: "Watch Transactions" reports every new or changed transaction, "Watch Payouts" informs about new payouts and "Watch Subscriptions" reacts to new or changed subscriptions. This allows you to start an automation exactly when something happens in your Payrexx account.

Among other things, you can create, retrieve and delete Paylinks, QR codes and payment gateways, set up, update or terminate subscriptions, as well as refund transactions and charge pre-authorised payments. In addition, you can send receipts by email, create manual payouts and send any requests to the Payrexx REST API via "Make an API Call".

Popular scenarios include automatically transferring a sales report to a Google Sheet, storing transactions in Airtable, or creating a payment gateway with subsequent email dispatch. Equally possible are amount-dependent SMS notifications for incoming transactions, an SMS after a QR Pay payment, or creating WordPress users from buyer data.

Make works on a no-code principle: you connect app modules via drag-and-drop and select triggers and actions from a list. Filters and conditional logic for more complex workflows are also configured visually, and each scenario can be tested before activation.

Scenarios can be scheduled and will then continue to run automatically, even if you have neither Make nor Payrexx open at the moment. You can follow the process in real time and test it visually without having to check every step manually.

Integration into Make is available in the Payrexx plans STANDARD and PREMIUM and is not included in the free plan. You can see which functions are included in which plan on the pricing page.
