An SME issues an invoice in the Payrexx Dashboard: select customer, record items and VAT, set due date – PDF and payment link are generated automatically. The invoice is sent by e-mail (optionally with QR/link), customers pay immediately with card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Klarna – no login required.
For accounting there are receipts and CSV/PDF exports, optional partial payments, discounts and notes per invoice.
