Payrexx expands payment options in Swiss online retail together with Reka

The Swiss Travel Fund (Reka) and the leading SME payment service provider Payrexx are joining forces. With immediate effect, Reka's payment methods (Reka-Pay, Reka-Lunch and Reka-Rail) are available via the Payrexx Swiss Collecting Service, enabling the payment provider to expand its repertoire of popular Swiss payment methods.
Swiss merchants can now accept the Reka-Card as a means of payment with Payrexx.
Payrexx's partnership with the Swiss Travel Fund (Reka) helps Swiss merchants in the leisure, vacation and mobility sectors to make their payment processes even more flexible and user-friendly. Payment with the Reka-Card in online stores will also become even easier and more attractive for end customers thanks to the wider acceptance.
New market opportunities thanks to Reka acceptance
Reka Money is a popular means of payment accepted throughout Switzerland for vacations, meals, mobility and leisure and is divided into three sector-specific types of money. While Reka-Pay can be used for various vacation and leisure activities, Reka-Lunch can be used to pay in restaurants, take-aways, bakeries and other catering establishments. Reka-Rail, on the other hand, can be used for numerous public transport offers, such as travelcards or mountain railway tickets.
Over 600 million Reka francs are spent in Switzerland every year. Thanks to the seamless integration of Reka payment methods into the payment provider Payrexx Swiss Collecting, Payrexx merchants can now also benefit from this.
