Is there a Payrexx integration for deinlokal?
The booking and management software maaxx from deinlokal can be connected to Payrexx, allowing tenants to pay for their reservation directly during the booking process. The payments are then reconciled between deinlokal and Payrexx. The setup is described step-by-step in the Payrexx documentation.
Do I need to have the payment module activated with deinlokal first?
Before you can use Payrexx, deinlokal must activate the fee-based payment module for Una cuenta. Please contact your customer advisor at deinlokal for this. Only then will the "Payment module" menu item appear in Una cuenta and the configuration can begin.
How do I set up Payrexx in deinlokal?
You create an API key in the Payrexx Comerciante administration under "API and integrations" and copy it to the clipboard. Then you log in to deinlokal, open the "Payment module" item via "My account" and enter the API key and instance name there. The integration is complete after saving.
Are payments automatically reconciled between deinlokal and Payrexx?
The integration reconciles payments between deinlokal and Payrexx so that the status of a reservation corresponds to the actual receipt of payment. This eliminates the manual reconciliation between the booking calendar and the bank statement, which saves effort, especially with many short-term rentals.
Which payment methods can tenants use?
With Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available in the booking process with a single acceptance contract: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.
Can I bill room rentals via TWINT?
TWINT can also be activated via Payrexx for reservations in deinlokal. This is particularly practical for short-term bookings of halls, sports halls, or meeting rooms, as payment can be made directly from a smartphone without card details and without a bank transfer.
Who is deinlokal with Payrexx suitable for?
The users of deinlokal include municipal administrations, schools, property management companies, parishes, associations and private owners of premises. The Payrexx integration is worthwhile wherever hall or room rentals have previously been collected by invoice and the administrative effort is to be reduced.
Which Payrexx package do I need for deinlokal?

How is the money from rentals paid out?
Payrexx pays out the payments received via deinlokal directly to your registered bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out how payouts work in detail in our documentation.

If you process your reservations via deinlokal and Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional identification step to payments, thereby minimising fraud risks and chargebacks.
