The reservation system from Hürlimann Informatik can be connected to Payrexx, allowing rooms and equipment to be paid for directly during online reservation. The connection is established via an API key and a webhook in your Payrexx account. The steps are described in the Payrexx documentation.

You create an API key in the Payrexx Comerciante Administration under "API and Integrations" and then set up a new webhook under "Webhooks". Make sure that all four event checkboxes are activated for the webhook. After

You will find the matching webhook URL in the reservation system itself under "Payment > Payment provider > Webhooks". You then enter this URL when creating the webhook in Payrexx. Without a correctly stored URL, the transaction notifications will not be transmitted to the reservation system.

The system displays the calendars of several objects simultaneously and supports series reservations on a daily, weekly or yearly basis. Reservations are transferred to the calendar in real time and can be made by both registered users and guests. Payment is then processed via Payrexx.

Through Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available in the reservation process with a single acceptance contract: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

TWINT can also be activated via Payrexx for reservations in the Hürlimann Informatik system. This is particularly practical for short-term bookings of meeting rooms, halls or equipment, as payments can be made directly without card details and without an invoice run.

The solution is aimed at municipalities, public administrations, schools, public authorities and SMEs that want to make rooms, equipment or services bookable online. Hürlimann Informatik offers the web application as a full service, where maintenance and support are already included in the price.

Integration into the reservation system of Hürlimann Informatik is available in the Payrexx STANDARD and PREMIUM plans and is not included in the free plan. You can see which features are included in which plan on the pricing page.

Payrexx pays the payments received via the reservation system directly into your stored bank account. Payouts are made at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. To find out in detail how payouts work, please refer to our documentation.

If you process your reservations via Hürlimann Informatik and Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional layer of identification to payments, thereby minimising fraud risks and chargebacks.
