Is there a Payrexx plugin for MODX?
For MODX, Payrexx is available as a payment method for Commerce, the e-commerce system from modmore. You can download the Payrexx extension via the modmore website and install it in your MODX installation. The setup is described in the Payrexx documentation.
How do I integrate Payrexx into modmore Commerce?
You create an API key in the Payrexx Comerciante Administration under "API and Integrations" and copy it to the clipboard. You then install the Payrexx extension for Commerce in your MODX installation and enter the API key there. Payrexx will then be available as a payment method during checkout.
What requirements do I need for the Payrexx extension?
An existing MODX installation on which the Commerce extension from modmore is already set up is a prerequisite. Only then can the Payrexx package be downloaded and installed from the official modmore website. In addition, you require a Payrexx account with a valid API key.
How does the checkout process with Payrexx in modmore Commerce work?
Your customers select Payrexx at the checkout step and are then redirected to the secure payment page. Once the payment is completed, they are redirected back to the shop, and the order is updated with the corresponding status. The entire process is automated.

Payrexx does not charge any additional fees for the extension – only a commission per transaction is charged, which varies depending on the payment method and can be viewed on our pricing page. In addition, there are the licence costs for Commerce from modmore and the chosen Payrexx package.
How is the money from modmore transactions paid out?
Payrexx pays you the payments received via your MODX shop directly to your deposited bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out how payouts work in detail in our documentation.

If you integrate Payrexx into your MODX shop with Commerce, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
