How do I need to prepare the plugin file for PrestaShop?
You cannot upload the file downloaded from GitHub directly: first, unzip "prestashop-payrexx-gateway-master.zip" and open the folder containing the "payrexx" subfolder. Compress this subfolder into a new ZIP file and upload only this one in the module manager.
Where do I install the Payrexx module in PrestaShop?
After logging in, navigate to "Modules > Module Manager" and upload the prepared ZIP file using the upload button. You must first create the connection data in the Payrexx Comerciante administration under "API and Integrations" by clicking "Add" next to prestashop.
Can I customise the payment page to match my PrestaShop theme?
Look-and-feel settings are supported by the PrestaShop plugin, allowing the payment page to match the colours and logo of your shop. In addition, the payment method logos already appear in the checkout, which reduces purchase cancellations in the final step.
Does the PrestaShop plugin support multiple currencies?
Multi-currency capability is included in the scope of functions, as are shopping cart transfer and status feedback via webhook. Subscription support is not supported; you therefore map recurring payments via the subscription function in the Payrexx administration.
