How do I set up Payrexx in tocco?
You create an API key in the Payrexx Comerciante administration under "API and integrations" and copy it to the clipboard. Then you open the data object "Payrexx-Konto" in tocco and create a new data record with abbreviation, name and sorting. You enter the name in the required languages.
Can participants register and pay directly in tocco?
Registration for an event and payment of the fee take place in the same process, meaning that no separate invoice dispatch is necessary. For educational institutions and associations with many course registrations, this significantly reduces the administrative workload.
Which payment methods can participants use?
Via Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available upon registration with a single acceptance agreement: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, Bank Transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

How much does it cost to use Payrexx with Tocco?
Payrexx does not charge any additional fees for the integration itself – only a commission per transaction is charged, which varies depending on the payment method and can be viewed on our pricing page. In addition, there are the costs of your Tocco solution and the chosen Payrexx package.
How are the funds from event fees paid out?
Payrexx pays out the payments received via Tocco directly to your bank account on file. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out how payouts work in detail in our documentation.

If you process your event fees via tocco and Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional identification to payments, thereby minimising fraud risks and chargebacks.
