The form software AFS from aforms can be connected to Payrexx, allowing payments to be processed directly within an online form. The integration is carried out in the AFS Designer via a form server property. The steps are described in the Payrexx documentation.

Typical use cases include administrative fees, permits, applications, registrations or fee-based information that become due as part of an application process.

First, you create an API key in the Payrexx merchant administration under "API and Integrations" and copy it to your clipboard. Then, you navigate to "Administration > Resources" in the AFS Designer and select an existing Formserver property there or create a new one using the plus symbol. Finally, you enter the properties and save using the checkmark symbol.

With AFS, you can create multilingual, accessible, and standards-compliant forms without programming skills - online, mobile, or as a PDF. The Payrexx integration is also set up via the configuration in the AFS-Designer, meaning no custom code is required for the setup.

Via Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available in the form with a single acquiring agreement: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

TWINT can also be activated for form payments via Payrexx. This is relevant for public authorities because it allows people without a credit card to pay a fee directly online instead of having to wait for a payment slip.

aforms specialises in e-government and e-business and is used by authorities, universities and insurance companies, among others. The company was founded in 2007 and has offices in Vienna, Bern and Vaduz. The forms are accessible and standards-compliant, which is often a requirement for public authorities.

The integration into aforms is available in the Payrexx STANDARD and PREMIUM plans and is not included in the free plan. You can see which features are included in each plan on the pricing page.

Payrexx pays out the payments received via your online forms directly to your deposited bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out how payouts work in detail in our documentation.
