SwissLearnSoft

The SwissLearnSoft learning platform can be connected to Payrexx so that paid courses, learning modules or exams can be paid directly online. Since SwissLearnSoft implements individual customisations and connections to existing systems, the integration is set up together with the provider. A Payrexx account is required.

Typical use cases include the sale of courses and continuing education, the billing of exams and certifications, and access to individual learning modules. Licenses for classes or entire training companies can also be billed digitally in this way, instead of sending invoices manually.

You open a Payrexx account and create an API key in the merchant administration under "API and integrations". You store this key along with your instance name in your learning platform. Since SwissLearnSoft maintains the platform individually, the team will support you with the configuration via their ticket system.

With Payrexx, all relevant payment methods are available with a single acquiring agreement: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PostFinance Card, Invoice, bank transfer, Centi, HeidiPay, WIRpay, Masterpass, Reka and Klarna. Which methods are displayed depends on which ones you have activated in your Payrexx account.

TWINT can be activated via Payrexx and is one of the most frequently used payment methods, especially among apprentices and students. Since no credit card is required, the barrier is noticeably lowered for younger target groups – a relevant point for vocational schools and training companies.

Payrexx supports subscriptions and recurring payments, allowing annual licenses, class access, or ongoing platform fees to be collected automatically. This is particularly suitable for schools and associations that invoice the same amounts every year.

The platform is aimed at schools, vocational schools, training companies, associations, and businesses that teach, practice, and conduct exams digitally. The Payrexx integration is useful wherever learning content or exams are offered for a fee and payments have previously been processed manually.

Payrexx does not charge any additional fees for the connection – only a commission per transaction is deducted, which varies depending on the payment method and can be viewed on our pricing page. In addition, there are the costs of your learning platform with SwissLearnSoft as well as the chosen Payrexx package.

Payrexx pays out the payments received via the learning platform directly to your deposited bank account. The payout takes place at regular intervals, with transaction fees already deducted. You can find out in detail how payouts work in our documentation.

If you sell your courses via SwissLearnSoft and Payrexx, every transaction is secured according to the highest global security standard for payment data: Payrexx is fully PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Personal data, both yours and that of your customers, is stored in compliance with GDPR. The 3-D Secure process adds an additional identification layer to payments, thereby minimising fraud risks and chargebacks.
