Payouts
Your earnings generated with the JTL plugin or other Payrexx solutions – such as the card reader, Paylink, Pages or Donation – are paid out to the IBAN bank account stored in your account daily, weekly, or monthly according to your settings.

How is the money from JTL transactions paid out?
You will receive your money from purchases in your JTL-Shop paid out directly from Payrexx to your deposited bank account.

Which JTL-Shop version is supported by the Payrexx plugin?
The Payrexx integration is designed for JTL Shop 5 and is available in the STANDARD and PREMIUM price plans. If you are still using an older shop generation, an update to JTL Shop 5 is required before connection.
Can you trigger refunds directly in the JTL-Shop?
Processing refunds is not supported by the JTL plugin. Instead, you trigger a refund directly in the Payrexx merchant administration and subsequently adjust the order status in the JTL shop manually.
Are the payment method logos displayed in the JTL checkout?
The display of payment method logos in the checkout is not supported by the JTL plugin. Your customers select Payrexx as the payment method and then see the available payment methods on the payment page, where the selection can be configured individually.
Can you adapt the payment page to the design of your JTL shop?
Look-and-feel settings are supported by the JTL plugin, allowing the payment page to match the colours and logo of your shop. Multi-currency capability, shopping cart transmission, and status feedback via webhook are also supported.
Which Payrexx package do you need for JTL Shop?
Integration into JTL Shop 5 is available in the Payrexx STANDARD and PREMIUM plans and is not included in the free plan. You can see which features are included in each plan on the pricing page.
