How long does it usually take for someone to get back to you?
Our sales team strives to respond to every enquiry within one business day. Depending on when the form is submitted, this is therefore either on the same day or the following day.
Depending on the scope of your enquiry, the team may first need to make preliminary clarifications, for example with development or administration. In such cases, it may take slightly longer than one business day for you to receive a reply. In any case, we will answer all enquiries.
What if you do not receive an answer?
This is very unlikely. Our sales team generally answers every inquiry received via form or email. Depending on the scope of the preliminary clarifications, it may take a few working days longer at most until you receive an answer.
If you have indeed not received an answer, we recommend that you contact our team again. The best way to do this is to reply directly to the automated confirmation email you received after submitting your inquiry.
How can you reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment?
After you have booked your consultation, you will receive two emails: the booking confirmation and the Google Meet invitation. Via the second email, you can both cancel the appointment and suggest a new time. Please use these functions to reschedule or cancel the consultation. This ensures that your contact person in the sales team notices the change in good time.
What can you expect during a consultation?
In general, a consultation with Payrexx is divided into two parts:
First, you introduce your company to your contact person in the sales team: What do you sell, how do you sell, where do you operate, and which aspects are important to you?
Then, it is evaluated how the all-in-one solution from Payrexx meets your needs, what needs to be considered during the setup, and which subscription suits you best.
Once all these questions have been answered, the next step is setting up and verifying your Payrexx account. Our sales team will also be happy to advise and accompany you personally here.
How can you best prepare for the consultation?
In general, you do not need to prepare: Our consultations are low-threshold, uncomplicated, and without obligation.
However, it would be ideal if you already create a Payrexx account. Simply choose the TRIAL plan so that you do not incur any costs. This allows you to familiarise yourself with the user interface of our platform, click through, and ask more precise questions later.
